Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are buying
Link Skipper credits are digital goods. They are delivered to your account instantly on successful payment and are consumable: each resolve, including resolves made through the developer API with your API key, spends credits from your balance.
Because credits are delivered immediately and electronically, there is no shipping, and your balance is available to use as soon as the payment is confirmed. This policy applies to all credit purchases, whether paid by card and other off-Telegram methods through Dodo Payments or in-Telegram through Telegram Stars.
All sales are final
All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
In particular, we do not offer refunds for credits you have already spent, for unused balance you simply no longer want, or because you changed your mind after delivery. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside a refund required by law.
Right of withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period would otherwise apply to digital content, you expressly request immediate delivery of your credits at checkout and acknowledge that, by accepting this policy, you agree to begin delivery right away and waive that right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including Turkish consumer-protection law and, where it applies to you, EU/EEA consumer law.
How legally required refunds are issued
Card and other off-Telegram payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as our Merchant of Record; in-Telegram payments are processed through Telegram Stars.
When a refund is required by applicable law, it is issued to the original payment method through the processor that handled the purchase. Processing times depend on that processor and your payment provider. Any refunded credits are removed from your balance, and if a refund would leave your balance negative, the shortfall is treated as owed to us.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong or you have any billing problem, contact us first at [email protected] so we can look into it and resolve it quickly.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is treated as a breach of our Terms of Use: we may immediately terminate the account and reverse any affected credits, and we cooperate with our payment processors to contest disputes we consider unfounded.
