Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Link Skipper ("Link Skipper", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of our website, our Telegram bot and mini app, our developer API, and the credits you buy (together, the "Service").

By signing in, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Service" means the link-resolving functionality and everything we provide through the website, the Telegram bot and mini app, and the API. "Account" means the account created for you when you sign in with Telegram. "Credits" means the prepaid units you buy and spend to resolve links. "API key" means a credential you generate to authenticate requests to the API. "You" or "user" means the person or entity using the Service.

You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding contract and are old enough to do so under the law of your country, and only where your use of the Service is lawful.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case "you" includes that organisation.

Link Skipper lets you resolve shortened links to their underlying destination address. We offer this through a link-resolving REST API for developers, through our Telegram bot and mini app, and through this website, with usage funded by a daily free allowance and prepaid credits.

We may add, change, or remove features, set or adjust limits, and otherwise evolve the Service over time. We will try to keep the Service running smoothly but do not promise that any specific feature will remain available.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, any feature, or support for any particular site or shortener at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you, subject to your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Sign-in is handled through Telegram, so the security of your Telegram account directly affects the security of your Link Skipper account.

Your API keys are secret credentials. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all use and all credit consumption that occurs under them, whether or not you authorised it. If a key is exposed or compromised, revoke it and generate a new one promptly, and notify us at [email protected]. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each account receives a daily free-resolve allowance. Beyond that allowance, you buy prepaid credit packs that are added to your balance and spent per resolve, including resolves made through the API with your API key. Credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately on successful payment, are consumable as you use the Service, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire unless we state otherwise.

Card and other off-Telegram payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as our Merchant of Record; in-Telegram payments are processed through Telegram Stars. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms. Prices, packs, and the free allowance may change from time to time, and any change applies to purchases made after it takes effect.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable law. You are solely responsible for the links you submit, for what you do with the destinations you receive, and for your own compliance with the terms, rights, and policies of any third-party site or service involved.

You represent and warrant that you are entitled to access the destinations you resolve and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party's rights.

You must not use the Service for, or to facilitate, anything illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive, including distributing non-consensual or unlawful content or infringing intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation or security, circumvent the free allowance or any limit, or place an automated, excessive, or disproportionate load on our systems.

We may apply and enforce rate limits and other usage limits, and we may refuse or limit requests that we reasonably consider abusive or a threat to the Service or other users.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Link Skipper or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law, and you may not use our name or branding without our prior written permission.

Rightsholders and other affected parties may report claimed infringement or an unlawful destination to us at [email protected]. Please include enough detail to identify the specific link or material and to explain the basis of the claim, so that we can review it properly.

We do not host the destination content reached through a resolved link; we resolve links to their underlying address. We nevertheless review valid reports in good faith and may disable access, revoke API keys, or restrict the accounts involved. Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid reports are terminated.

The Service resolves shortened links and returns the destination URL. We do not control, endorse, host, or take responsibility for the destination websites or for any content, products, or services found there.

Visiting a resolved destination is at your own risk and is governed by that destination's own terms and policies. Your dealings with any third party reached through a resolved link are solely between you and that third party.

Link Skipper is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any link shortener or destination site. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that any particular link will resolve successfully, that results will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some links cannot be resolved due to factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Skipper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Link Skipper from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, the links and content you submit or access, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to others.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, or otherwise breach the payment terms, we may terminate your account and reverse any affected credits, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law, continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country in which you reside.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, give notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
